We had a very comfortable night. We used the spare pillows. There was plenty of tea and coffee and milk. The shower was good. The staff in reception were very friendly and helpful. Parking in the multi storey was good value at £11 for 24 hours with direct access into the hotel. Location is good with Shepherds Bush tube 5 minutes walk away and bus routes easily accessible.

“excellent checkout options”

We had a lovely stay here at Ibis for two nights in early Jan. Some things we enjoyed: friendly customer service at check-in 12pm checkout as standard 5pm late checkout for an extra £20 - this was quite useful for us as we had an evening flight to catch close to Westfield shopping centre & tube/b… more

We had a lovely stay here at Ibis for two nights in early Jan. Some things we enjoyed: friendly customer service at check-in 12pm checkout as standard 5pm late checkout for an extra £20 - this was quite useful for us as we had an evening flight to catch close to Westfield shopping centre & tube/buses rooms were very warm much cheaper compared to many other options in London What we didn’t enjoy as much: A fridge in the room would be nice Our towels weren’t changed during our stay felt like there were quite a few groups of youths around the tube station in the evenings (probably attracted by the shopping centre) - felt a little bit unsafe occasionally Would we come back? In short - yes, as this is a lovely modest hotel and perfectly suits a short stay traveller. Their flexibility around things like late checkout is excellent. Overall, this

“Sleeping on a dead cow!”

Let be very clear here, location, staff, breakfast brilliant, and very clean, outside of the hotel, loads of places to eat, drink, catch a concert but the rooms where very depressing, dated and by throwing a mattress top over an aging mattress doesn’t really cut it. Let be very clear here, location, staff, breakfast brilliant, and very clean, outside of the hotel, loads of places to eat, drink, catch a concert but the rooms where very depressing, dated and by throwing a mattress top over an aging mattress doesn’t really cut it. I was booked in for 3 nights and after returning for my 2nd night stay, I decided to grab my belongings and see if I could make the last train home from Euston to Chester, then stay another night. This could be a great hotel, if they spent a little bit of money on small quality beds. I am going to give it a 3*, but little enhancements could easy improve the rating. Thanks, but I won’t be returning!
