“Excellent Service”

Clean room, excellent location, comfortable beds, and notable amenities, ibis is the best place to stay at. Some of the most friendly staff I have ever met throughout my stay - TJ, Christian, Fedir, Jubayer, Avinash, Ansar, Adush & Hema - Just incredible folks with excellent service at any given time. The rooms were impeccably clean and modern, with incredibly comfortable beds. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our requests, and the hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city on foot. The only minor downside was a bit of noise from the street during the night at times, but it didn't significantly impact our stay.

My partner had booked this place for us for a weekend in London, we’ve stayed in the Aldgate area before and it’s very easy to get anywhere you need to go via tube (the Victoria theatre) or bus (the 25 bus goes to the Abba voyage experience). The room itself was fine, if not fairly warm, even in February, there’s no air con, we requested a fan, it came the second day - thanks TeeJay for all the help. The beds are those ones with a spring box and a 2 inch topper - but still comfy, nice to see tea / coffee facilities, and the room is laid out well and feels spacious! The bathroom pod is like something in a space station but great shower and toiletries (no separate conditioner though) . We didn’t have food, the bar was advertised as 24/7 but owing to someone ringing in sick the Friday night it closed early and only if reception wasn’t busy was Hema able to serve drinks. There was some noise from outside at night but it’s London so to be expected. Overall though would look to stay again when back in London.
