“Best service and management”
The best management and service. Stayed for three days and found the environment too friendly and comfortable. Nouman Joseph is one of the best and humbled person with a friendly nature. He served us breakfast. Glad to choose this hotel for the stay

“Nice IHG property”
Good choice of hotel for London as Lizzie line nearby and tube even closer. Check for stains on carpet in rooms and make management aware when checking your room. Think the marks in room 716 were burn marks from hair tongs but not something I had expected in such a high quality hotel.
