“Wonderful stay, couldn’t fault staff or room”
Had a lovely one night stay here, whilst visiting London to see a show. The location is great. Yes there are renovations going on at the moment but we were aware of this in advance so it was not a problem for us. We couldn’t fault the staff or room. “Brilliant service and lovely renovated rooms”
We stayed twice this month (before and after a cruise). Our rooms were lovely, beautifully renovated, super clean and comfortable. The staff at this hotel are truly amazing! They're so nice and helpful absolute professionals. Thank you!
