Perfect for a short stay in Hammersmith, This hotel is absolutely fine and well positioned for venues such as the Eventim Apollo. Rooms are a fair size and functional, everything you need, however the bathroom is very small. Staff are nice and even let me check in early. The lifts are slow. Staff are friendly but standards are low, I came back from a concert into the hotel lobby to see a staff member behind the reception desk listening to her friends’ voice message about their night out, on speaker! Sounds like they had an eventful night on the town… The hotel offers items such as toothbrushes, razors, cotton buds etc at reception if you need. Breakfast was the usual standard hotel buffet breakfast, staff were supposed to check your room number on arrival, but no one does. Food is pretty much exactly what you would expect from any Premier Inn, Travelodge type hotel, sit wherever you can find a spot type scenario. Please be aware that check in is at 4pm!! Given a large room 101 - great for those with limited movement. Wet room with chair shower. Bed was comfortable. Room clean. Gentleman who booked us in early on arrival was lovely - very efficient and helpful. Breakfast was cramped. ‘Hot’ food was a disappointment. Bacon good, sausages ‘cheap’, hash browns dry and cardboard tasting, beans cold, scrambled egg good. Gave reception that feedback - reception staff member did not seem interested. Food was plentiful, area kept clean. 2nd day breakfast - made a bacon bap - very nice. Car park has 20 spaces - 4 disabled Would stay again Wetherspoons underneath/in front of the hotel

“Great Breakfast”

We visit a relation who lives in this area about once a year but the nearest tube station to the hotel we used to use has two flights of stairs, (no lifts) which I can no longer manage especially with luggage. We visit a relation who lives in this area about once a year but the nearest tube station to the hotel we used to use has two flights of stairs, (no lifts) which I can no longer manage especially with luggage. The Holiday Inn is about 10/15 mins walk from Hammersmith Tube which is a very good station for the less mobile. We had not realised that the standard of rooms would be so basic as compared with the main Holiday Inns – it was clean enough but tatty outside put the public area/reception, and stained carpets don’t inspire confidence. The staff were fine, and the big bonus was the breakfast which was much better than the PI or indeed many other hotels of a higher rating. Plenty of nearby amenities and good shops

“Ok but could be better, looking tired.”

Hotel fine breakfast ok staff friendly. Just room small and bathroom overdue for a refresh. Mould, damaged floor, shower head faulty and prone to spontaneous scalding. Also carpets especially corridors really need a clean or replacement.
