Given a large room 101 - great for those with limited movement. Wet room with chair shower. Bed was comfortable. Room clean. Gentleman who booked us in early on arrival was lovely - very efficient and helpful. Breakfast was cramped. ‘Hot’ food was a disappointment. Bacon good, sausages ‘cheap’, hash browns dry and cardboard tasting, beans cold, scrambled egg good. Gave reception that feedback - reception staff member did not seem interested. Food was plentiful, area kept clean. 2nd day breakfast - made a bacon bap - very nice. Car park has 20 spaces - 4 disabled Would stay again Wetherspoons underneath/in front of the hotel

“Not a bad place to stay.”

Stayed here very recently for four nights. Check in was fine, no issues. Room itself was more than adequate, clean and tidy. Stayed here very recently for four nights. Check in was fine, no issues. Room itself was more than adequate, clean and tidy. Bed was comfortable enough, although we did ask for a second duvet, we were given a blanket in a duvet cover! Pillows are not very nice, they are far too bulky, it would be nice to have an option. Breakfast was absolutely fine, plenty of choice. Only complaint was the coffee machine, buttons for different coffees, however all options were exactly the same and very strong. At this point I have to give a massive shoutout to two members of staff, who were absolutely amazing. Corrine and Roman. These two members of staff worked breakfast and were so lovely , honest the nicest staff in the hotel. Now to the downsides: The room was in need of some tlc, the double glazed windows were not very good or soundproof, carpet was worn, there were cracked floor tiles in the bathroom where sharp shards were getting stuck in our feet, and most of the grouting on the floor was missing. I did address this at the front desk and was told “Each room is being renovated one at a time”. No good to me when I’m picking bits out of my feet. The shower went from warm to scalding hot, I worked out about every three minutes. We were woken up by a loud drunk Scottish woman at 1am and 3am (same night, same person) sounding like she was talking to someone outside our room for ages, I know it’s not the hotels fault, but not good. If she is reading this and knows it’s her… please be a little more respectful to other guests trying to sleep ! The next night we were kept awake by what sounded like beer barrels being thrown about below us, I rang reception and they said they would talk to staff to stop, but it carried on anyway. Very annoying. I have already recommended this hotel to a friend, and I would stay here again.

“Clean and convenient hotel”

We spent 5 nights in this hotel and the experience was alright. Its around 10mins walk from Hammersmith station and there were nice eateries around the hotel. We liked that there was a Primark at the next building too. Breakfast was the same throughout our stay and we were hoping to have some variety but unfortunately, no. Rooms were clean and spacious and we had a nice stay. Staff were friendly too.

“Noisy”

Great location and clean hotel but the staff need to learn which rooms are quiet and not. Our previous room was allocated next to the train track which kept me up at night. Relocated a new room the next day however close to the unloading bay. Loud noises at 6am leaving van on for an hour. Train can… more

Great location and clean hotel but the staff need to learn which rooms are quiet and not. Our previous room was allocated next to the train track which kept me up at night. Relocated a new room the next day however close to the unloading bay. Loud noises at 6am leaving van on for an hour. Train can still be heard but I guess that is the location of the hotel. Come here to relax end up needing another holiday.
