“Maos the best!”
Had the best customer experience with Mao. He was so accommodating and welcoming to us. When checking in, he was so polite, ensuring that we were going to be well taken care of and made us feel very comfortable. He has truly made our experience amazing. Thank you so much Mao :)

“Great spot. Friendly staff.”
Great hotel with easy proximity to Twickenham. Best feature is the friendly and attentive service at the bar, especially from Tony and Rebecca. Made for a couple of lovely nights. The front desk crew is also amazing. Good at the restaurant was also pretty good.
