“A best stay in London”
This was the best stay! Mr. Adnan at the front desk and Mr. Naved and Ms. Riddhi at housekeeping did a great job! Especially the elegant Ms. Zelezauskaite who handled our issues efficiently and her thoughtfulness and friendliness embodied the Hilton spirit of excellence! Thank you all!

“Christmas family stay at the Hilton.”
We were greeted warmly at reception by Zubair. The double queen deluxe room that we booked was not quite what we were after but Zubair again did an amazing job of coming up with some alternatives, including one room which we were delighted with. “Mathieu the best”

“Not bad, not good…. Dirty rooms”
The hotel has nice things like the cafeteria in the center of the hotel. The metro station is a block away and that convenient. But the service of the rooms is not ok.
