“Enjoyable stay”
The rooms are pretty good but unfortunately they forgot to fill my body wash and shampoo 3 days in a row, despite being asked to. Thankfully however, Hamzeh was so incredibly helpful when it came to either late night water or anything else! I would stay again!

I have stayed at the Hilton Metropole on many previous occasions, as a Diamond member Alexis and the management team always look after me and it is a pleasure to return. I was interested to experience the newly refurbished Executive Lounge. Gibreal and the team provide exceptional service, the food and drinks are the best of any Executive Lounge in London. It was worth the wait, I look forward to my next stay at the Metropole.
