“Three course meal lunch .”
First class superb meal! Absolute perfection.Rian the waiter was extremely friendly, as were all the staff. Cannot wait to come back again! Compliments to the chef. Never felt so relaxed. Stunning hotel, beautiful restaurant/ Brasserie.

“Excellent service and location next to two Tube stations.”
Great, convenient location next to two Tube stops. Staff was courteous, friendly and very helpful, We both sleep with a CPAP machine and require electrical outlets adjacent to the bed. Excellent stay at this hotel after a mix up with rooms. Staff were excellent, particularly Marc JMB who organised and oversaw a very early check out, and nothing was ever too much trouble for anyone. The hotel is in a great location but the rooms need a revamp as they are dated and tired.
