“A real treat in central london”
Our first stay with H10 and the experience was great. We were celebrating a birthday and received a room upgrade. Service was excellent throughout from the ladies on reception, and restaurant/bar teams. Everyone genuinely was helpful and happy to help. Location is a bit noisy but it’s central Londo… more
Our first stay with H10 and the experience was great. We were celebrating a birthday and received a room upgrade. Service was excellent throughout from the ladies on reception, and restaurant/bar teams. Everyone genuinely was helpful and happy to help. Location is a bit noisy but it’s central London and ideal for all the tourist destinations. The breakfast buffet is a real treat. Thank you for a lovely stay

We (my daughter and I) had a very great time. Perfect service by very friendly staff. Room change offered immediately when we asked for extra bedding because we wanted to separate the beds. Good sanitairy facilities with nice shower. Delicious and very extensive breakfast buffet. The only downside … more
We (my daughter and I) had a very great time. Perfect service by very friendly staff. Room change offered immediately when we asked for extra bedding because we wanted to separate the beds. Good sanitairy facilities with nice shower. Delicious and very extensive breakfast buffet. The only downside was the quality of the food from the restaurant Three O Two (which is of course optional to choose for diner).

“Great hotel”
A really great hotel; in my view the best at this price point in this area. Amazing breakfast too. Lots of Spanish options including chorizo and Serrano. Salmon too - not available in many hotels. Really well greeted on arrival by Violeta, and offered a glass of fizz while I checked in.

“A beautiful experience”
Two couples for 3 days . Very good hospitality very good breakfast Ms Violetta (resepsionist ) and all the people who work to the hotel was very kind and helpful public transports are very close to the hotel (Bus Underground ) If we go again to London..for sure we came to your hotel.

Great hotel in a lovely location. We had a room with a view of the London Eye which was excellent. Staff were amazing and couldn't do enough for us.
