We have stayed here several times over several years. (Ignore the stupid Trip Advisor photo of somewhere quite different). This is an attractive stucco terrace in the heart of Bayswater, two minutes away from millionaires' houses, working peoples flats, international shops and restaurants, frequent buses; and five minutes from underground stations and Hyde Park. The facilities are excellent, the staff friendly and helpful.

“Good value for money”
We were very satisfied with our quad studio. Although there was a bit of draft coming through the windows and the beds were quite worn, the perfect location, cleanliness, and the room's amenities (the kitchen had everything we needed) made it a great place to stay.

Clean and staff very friendly. Room cleaned daily and free tea and coffee. Free soap, shampoo and shower gel provided. Double sofa bed in living room took up a lot of space. Polite and helpful reception staff.
