“Perfect little gem of a hotel”
We had a sudden emergency need for accommodation for a night - this was perfect and we were not up to going out for food so ordered a meal on room service which was delicious and very reasonable price

“Good location, supportive staff”
it was pleasant cozy hotel, near bus train station. At first I got small room then team gladly upgraded me to bigger one at a reasonable price.

Good first impression as hotel lobby clean and modern and I was greeted in a friendly and efficient way. My room was up to standard with a comfortable bed but not much space. “worst stay in London”
Rooms are small, not very clean. Highlight was no water supply for more then 12 h. Solution offer was a small bottle of water to brush my teeth for free.

Very Small room. Not very clean, hairs found on the back of the toilet. Comfy bed and great location
