After reading reviews of this hostel I was worried about how good our stay would be, but I had no choice but to book this place as it was last minute and we couldn't find anything else, and I must say i was pleasantly surprised. I found the rooms were a little dated but that's easy to deal with, doesn't change sleeping. The beds were fine and the room itself was quite large (we had a 4 person room). The bathroom was tiny but it worked fine, I've definitely seen worse bathrooms. The staff were okay, had a few issues signing in as they didn't understand us but we worked around it. The location is great, so close to paddington station and so close to central. Honestly, considering what we paid (which was not much compared to other places) and where it is located it is enough just to sleep and go send your day out. It does what is says, provides you place to sleep.

“Good deal for the money”

Myself and 3 other middle aged adults stayed at EquityPoint in July, 2018. We rented a 4 twin beds in a room with our own private bath. Myself and 3 other middle aged adults stayed at EquityPoint in July, 2018. We rented a 4 twin beds in a room with our own private bath. Things are beginning to get a bit run down however, they're clean and in working order. Mattress is comfortable but pillows are a bit flat. All front desk staff were helpful and answered all questions. Breakfast is included. It's the same meal each day but it was included and we couldn't complain with free. I thought the location was good, near Padddington Station so getting to the sites was relatively easy. Other residents were relatively quiet so we didn't have any issues sleeping.
