“Beautiful and quaint hotel!”
Overall, we really loved this hotel. It’s located in a great part of Westminster. The best pastry shop is right down the street. All of the staff here were super friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean though very small. We loved the heated bathroom floors as well as the shower. Was a little disap... more

“Tiny, smart devices, okay location.”
A very nice hotel with many smart gadgets in the rooms. Expect electronic curtains. Tv in the mirror, Sonos speakers etc. the bed is comfortable, had massage, and you can lift your legs. The rooms are tiny! The location is okay. It is closed to many attractions, but also closed to a very busy bus... more

“Good stay and would consider it again...only 2 bottles of H2O for the whole week”
Hasten bed...wow! It is adjustable and fabulous...look it up before you arrive. The showe glass doors, the electronics and tech in the rooms is amazing. The staff is very reserved British so overall pretty dry, boring and not so "welcoming" but that's fine. Great amenities, NO continental brea... more
