“Nice experience”
Nice attendance from Osainatu, Sangare, and Sharrif. It's good to be here. The treatment is awesome, would love to be here again. The food taste nice and worthwhile. Kudos to the team for the aesthetic setup and serenity. Makes me feel like home.

I had a fantastic experience at this hotel! The restaurant was truly outstanding, offering delicious meals with a great variety of options. Every dish was well-prepared and flavorful, making dining a real highlight of my stay. Osainatu, Sharrif, Sangare, and Irene attended to us really well.

“Great experience”
We did a guided tour with Collette travel, which I highly recommend. During our London portion of the trip we stayed in this Double tree. It was a great experience and we were very happy with the hotel and the stay. The location was wonderful to see a lot of what the city of London has to offer.

The customer service was excellent. Sangare was very helpful with navigating the restaurant. He definitely deserves a bonus. Was my first visit and I’m sold already. Thank you for a lovely experience and warm welcome. It made my experience worth my while.
