“Punches above it's weight”
We really enjoyed our stay here. Our first day we arrived at 0500 and had barely slept in a few days after travelling from Australia and they checked us in early while going out of the way to find a vegan muffin for our son who has food allergies. We really enjoyed our stay here. Our first day we arrived at 0500 and had barely slept in a few days after travelling from Australia and they checked us in early while going out of the way to find a vegan muffin for our son who has food allergies. The place was quiet and the area wasn't very busy while having train station access around 100m away from us. The rooms were nice and the cleaners did a lovely job refreshing things daily. Mohammad, Yin and the crew at breakfast were very attentive and friendly each morning..always smiling and happy to help with whatever requests we had. Those guys/girls work hard daily and deserve extra thanks. Cheers team.

“Fantastic customer service from Jan”
I want to thank Jan for his excellent customer service. I arrived late in the evening from a long trip back to London and he looked after me, assisting with everything I needed. Will be coming back again! Thank you for the lovely stay team Hilton

“Yin is the BEST!!”
Yin was so wonderful. He made our breakfast so enjoyable every morning. What a great delight. The food and service is top tier. Now as far as the room, the carpet needed cleaning, it had a little odor. The beds are comfortable, nice fluffy pillows, and updated bathrooms. We will be back. T… more

“Breakfast staff were lovely, great team!”
Yin was fantastic and such a great help. It was always nice to see him at breakfast, he had such a friendly character. It was nice to be served food but such friendly people. Our days out were busy so to have staff that were kind and ready to help made a difference.
