Checked in early after arriving in London at 7am - obviously I couldn’t get into the room which was fine as luggage storage was not a problem. Off I went for the day and returned exhausted about 4pm - check super fast The room was not large and getting down the stairs with large suitcase was difficult - room was clean bathroom clean and I slept like a log ! Stayed for three nights and enjoyed every one of them This is a great located hotel and easy walk to st Pancras station

“Perfectly situated for St Pancras International.”

Easy to find, fantastic location as we were travelling from St Pancras station early the following morning. Surprisingly large hotel once you enter, the owners have obviously bought the building behind and using a lovely courtyard joined the two buildings together. Very fresh modern decor. Unfortunately no lift , and we were on the top floor of the rear building !! Narrow stairs, which meant it wasn't easy to get large suitcases to the room. Room not huge, but had small ensuite with a good shower . Probably not great if you are very tall people,as the shower is under the eaves, l'm 5'7 and I managed. All very clean and crisp . Fantastic location for the station literally only across the road using a very handy underpass. We had dinner at a very good Chinese restaurant literally just around the corner opposite Kings Cross station.

“Great Hotel for location - close to St Pancras/Kings Cross.”

I rate this hotel a 6/10. We paid $603.60NZD for a 2 night stay. Prices for hotels in London are pretty expensive so this was one of the cheapest we could find. I rate this hotel a 6/10. We paid $603.60NZD for a 2 night stay. Prices for hotels in London are pretty expensive so this was one of the cheapest we could find. This hotel is located a minute walk from St Pancras/Kings Cross Station. So very handy when using the tube frequently. The rooms are very small, so space in the hotel can be quite cramped, especially the bathroom! Other than that the room was tidy and it had a fan which we used majority of the time because it was hot and the hotel is close by to fast food outlets such as McDonalds, Burger King, Five Guys and KFC. They also have luggage storage onsite if you need somewhere to store your bags for the day before checking in or after checking out.

An Honest Review: When I was researching hotels in London I made the reservation on Booking.com. I made sure to click AC on the filter tab and this hotel came up. It does not have AC in all the rooms but was told of a hotel had at least one room with AC they can advertise as that so I didn’t check to see if all of the rooms did. Sadly my group was there on the hottest days of London so far which was 85 degrees Farenheit and it was miserable sleeping. Each room did have a fan but did not help. In addition some rooms could open their windows due to being having someone able to climb in them potentially. On the last night it was cool and we weren’t as hot sleeping. The rooms are very small. Most London boutique hotels are but I’m 6’4” and the room was maybe 10’ wide and long. The bathrooms were tiny too but the shower was nice. We had very limited room to move or store luggage in the room and there is no lift. My room was at the very top and we slid out luggage on the side up and down the staircases. One thing that got me was they had actual keys and we had to return them every time we left. When we returned we just said “room 26, room 43” etc and they handed us our key and it was a different person each time. They didn’t check ID’s or names so I feel anyone could have grabbed a key and said a random number. Surely they had a system but it didn’t seem like it. A huge positive is that it was right by Kings Cross/St Pancras station and so convenient. If it wasn’t for that it would have received a 2 from me. I don’t know if I would stay there again in the summer time but it wouldn’t be terrible for fall or winter months. The people working there were polite and kind .
