I LOVED this hotel. The location is so great! Out one side you are a 5 minute walk to Victoria Station where you can catch a train, bus, tube or coach to anywhere. There are also lots of shops for food and essentials. On the other side, you are in Belgravia, one of the most beautiful places in London and full of elegant shops and restaurants. The staff is efficient and helpful, the rooms were modern and very nice. Great showers, btw. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

“Clean, convenient, and a great price !”

This was our last hotel before departing the UK and it didn’t disappoint. We booked it for the location and price point and both proved to be a great choice. The hotel was clean, the desk staff were VERY helpful and patient, provided dinner recommendations, ordered us a taxi, and helped when we couldn’t unlock our safe. We forgot to get photos of the room but it was exactly as pictured on the site. Our room was downstairs next to the breakfast room but, honestly, we didn’t hear a thing in the morning. The hotel is caddy-corner from Victoria Station (photo below) so if you’re using the underground, you can walk to it. We also walked just a couple blocks to Buckingham Palace, and there’s a hop on hop off bus stop very near the hotel. My only critique is that our mattresses were hard and uncomfortable, but maybe that’s a personal problem. For those who like a firm mattress, not a problem! I’d recommend a stay with them, especially for the price. We cancelled a different hotel in London that was $400+ a night. We didn’t need expensive or fancy, just clean and convenient and this hotel delivered.

“Clean modern hotel in good location, small bed.”

Booked in for one night to visit the Chelsea Flower Show which was an easy 20 min walk away. Also an excellent location for Victoria station. Room and bathroom were modern and clean (loved the laminate flooring so no carpet). Room was well equipped with air con, extra pillows, safe, iron and board, wardrobe and dressing table with mirror and plugs, also nice to have opening windows for fresh air. Reception staff were welcoming and friendly and there was a room to leave your luggage although it was self service so I wouldn’t leave anything of significant value. The only reason for 4 and not 5 stars was the size of the beds. They were only a double and seemed very short (I am 5ft 10 and my feet hung off the end when lying down). There was plenty of room around the bed in our room so it was a shame they hadn’t put in queen beds.

“Clean and close”

Very good location across from the Victoria station. Rooms were very clean but small. Needed to carry our luggage up a flight of stairs to the room. Kettle in the room did not work, but wee were allowed to get coffee in the breakfast area instead. No view from the room.
