Great value. Very clean and tidy. Quality bedding, comfortable mattress. The bathrooms are very tiny, but that's to be expected. Great value. Very clean and tidy. Quality bedding, comfortable mattress. The bathrooms are very tiny, but that's to be expected. You may want to bring a splitter if you have multiple devices to charge at one time. We were there in late September and any earlier in the summer it would've been too hot in the room. I would consider this a three season hotel. It was nice having a window for fresh air, but the traffic noise is pretty constant. All of the staff was attentive, courteous and well informed. Continental breakfast was high-quality. Overall a very nice experience.

The hotel is located in a very convenient zone of London, with buses and underground to get you where you need. The staff was lovely and helpful, breakfast was nice (choices of cereals, toasts with different types of jam, one croissant per person, juices and hot drinks). Our room and the common areas were clean. We had asked prior to our arrival if we could get a room on the ground floor or the 1st due to health issues and they made it possible which was greatly appreciated! The room was available earlier than expected. There's also the possibility to left your luggage after you've checked out if needed.

The location of this hotel is excellent, just a 5 minute walk to Paddington train station. The rooms are clean, the beds are comfy the cost of the stay is fair and the continental breakfast is just enough to get your day started. Lovely hotel. Great staff. Main problem was no lift and room on 3td floor. Carrying luggage up was very difficult as staircase narrow and as I have back disability it was very hard.
