My wife and I have stayed here many times since discovering the Apartments in 2013. It is the ideal place to stay in London. The location is in a quiet, safe area a short step to 'Albertopolis', a few stops from Central London and not too far from some of the outer London attractions such as Kew Gardens. The accommodation is comfortable, nicely furnished, spacious and well supplied with everything you may need. Above all customer service always has been and continues to be exceptional.

Collingham Serviced Apartments is truly "Home from Home" accommodation! Our 1 bedroomed apartment is newly refurbished, very clean and comfortable with fresh white linen, fluffy white towels and lovely soft pillows. A good size bedroom with large king bed, and a separate bathroom, fully tiled with nice white tiles and a lovely walk-in shower. Kitchen is fully kitted out with all necessary utensils and lovely white cupboards and a modern washing machine/tumble dryer combination. Lounge and dining area very spacious with good lighting. There is a portable air conditioner as well as a large fan. A big thank you to Govinda and his team for making our stay so memorable, nothing at all was a problem and we have thoroughly enjoyed our month-long stay, this being our 4th time here at Collingham . We will be back again!! THANK YOU.

We found this serviced apartment very quiet and comfortable and having 24 hour reception and concierge service on site gave a great sense of security. It was a longer walk to the Tube than other locations we have stayed at in London, but the area felt very safe at night. The apartment had an excellent washing machine and dryer combo but no dishwasher. The kitchen was suitable for heating up food but very compact to cook a meal from scratch. Beds were comfortable.

“Sometimes little things are deal breakers...”

We stayed at Collingham Serviced Apartments for just three nights at the end of August 2024. We have stayed at several hotels in the vicinity of Earl's Court and Gloucester Road tube stations and chose Collingham because we wanted change and it was in the area that had a convenient connection to the airport (Heathrow). We had booked a studio not knowing it would be in the basement of the building and and we didn't know the hotel didn't have any kind of AC or modern ventilation. A table fan really didn't do the trick at all. Staying in the basement studio which was otherwise quite ok was not possible as it had no fresh air coming in even if we had the patio door open day and night. The hotel staff was very accommodating and let as change to a one bed room apartment with an extra charge of £100. This apartment was in the second floor and we had no issues after that apart from the lift being a bit scary and dated. The second floor apartment was spacious and had more than what we needed for our remaining two night stay. Had we stayed a week or longer we could really have benefited from all the space. The kitchen had all you needed and the second floor flat had a proper fridge too. The area was a bit closer to Earl's Court than Gloucester Road and there was a roughly ten minute walk to Earl's Court and slightly longer to Gloucester Road. There were shops and restaurants near both stations so getting provisions for the apartment was easy. The tube ride to West End and Central London was about 15 minutes and we felt quite safe walking back later in the evening after theater. What makes us wonder whether we want to stay at Collingham on our next trip is that it is actually quite nice to have a ready made breakfast at hotel and take a break from washing up etc. In addition to this, we had to pay a £450 deposit for the hotel in case we break something and now have to wait 7-10 days for it to be returned to us. We found this a bit extreme for a three night stay. So next time we'd rather use the money on all the wonderful things you can do in London instead. Sometimes these little things are deal breakers and at least now while we are still waiting for the money to be returned we may choose another accommodation next time we are going to London. We won't skip London, though.
