“Will definetely come back”
Nice hotel, in the center of nice places to see and visit. Breakfast was good, rooms good. So we had a very nice stay there and will definetely come back next time when we visit London. Staff was Nice and helpfull. We cannot say anything negative about our stay.

“Amazing service and location”
Best location in London, was exactly what we needed for our stay. Sandra the reception manager provided great service and gave excellent recommendations on places to go in the area. Would definitely recommend and will be back my next time in London!

“Nice location but…”
We were in the room for 2 nights and we didn't get any new towels and the room hadn't been cleaned... I find this a bit limited given the price of the room... I would have thought of a gesture on your part... but nothing at reception when we left and made the remark...
