“I found the love in Ashlee House”
I recommend this place entirely, it is well located. I went there almost 20 year ago. I have no complains, only I want to say that I found love there. I met my husband in Ashlee House in 2005 and we saw each other again in 2017, we got married on year later. We always remember that place with a lot… more

“In the Clink”

I originally chose Clink261 for its location, near to King's Cross Station, I travel on a late train and prefer the shortest walk to my accommodation. Clink261 was perfect. I felt the price was reasonable for London. I wouldn't want to pay any more, as I simply need a place to sleep before the next leg of my journey. Upon my arrival I was greeted by a lovely young lady who processed my "check in", very smoothly and very pleasant manner. Very helpful. The room was very adequate and what I expected from a hostel. It was very clean. The bunk was comfortable. The room was a six bed mixed shared. The other occupants were very respectful and pleasant. I found the bed and bedding very comfortable and enjoyed a good night's sleep. I used the free WIFI facility and had no problems connecting. It was perfect for my needs. The food choices for breakfast were excellent and very enjoyable. The coffee was particularly nice. I was very impressed with the general cleanliness in all areas. To be fair, I arrived late and left early and wasn't able to experience the full hostel vibe during this visit, but my first thoughts were, it looked a great place to stay, with good surroundings and facilities for social gathering. I highly recommend Clink261.

The staff are friendly and the rooms are in okay condition. The mattress in the pod was pretty lumpy but as it happens a bit stated they were being replaced the next day! No AC so pretty warm with only noisy fans to move air around. However, felt safe and private on lower floor and I would happi… more
