“Great location and rooms with nice service”
Sai, in the food/bar/lounge area, was great. Very friendly with excellent customer service. Rooms were clean and beds comfortable. Bathrooms updated. Checkin process was quick and uncomplicated. Lounge area for drinks is better than most in the area.

Extremely nice hotel , welcoming reception stuff from Marta and the room was excellent in decor and presentation, we highly recommend a stay at this hotel . We came to visit London for the weekend and this hotel was definitely one of the highlights of our trip.

4th time staying in this great hotel. It's super clean, with fully equipped rooms, well trained and helpful staff (Elena in particular was very professional). Seriously, it's a brilliant hotel, in a great city location. Looking forward to the next visit.

“The food quality, spread and service was outstanding and had great experience .”
Excellent food and outstanding service and like to especially mention Mr Tanzid (restaurant manager), Mr Rifat(waiter) & Chef Anirban. The beverages were of great quality and service was done most professionally. I would like to come again to experience the food and service . Thanks

Great service from check in to check out. The room was a little on the smaller side for me but was very clean & comfortable & made up for smallness with a lovely bathroom, very clean & spacious.
