“Great location !”

“Cheeky Few Days”
Just returned from a lovely few days in the smoke, what a fabulous CX with the team here. It is fair to say we have an eye for detail and it is just great to see how this team own their guest experience. Very impressive, could not fault and made the 3 nights extra special.

“Best luxury hotel in London”
The best hotel in London by far. I love this hotel in the heart of Mayfair, it’s steeped in history and splendour. Ideally located for shopping and Bond St tube station for getting around, I really couldn’t recommend staying anywhere else. The food, service, staff and ambiance could t be better.… more

“Stay at Claridge’s Hotel”
Beautiful Hotel, amazing staff and very comfortable bed. The spa was amazing. Service everything was 5* upon arrival being greeted by a lovely gentleman until we had checked out the service was exceptional we would definitely stay at Claridge’s again

“Good bot not great”
It’s good but not great considering what Claridges stands for. The staff are fabulous. The experience of Claridges needs to be consistent every day and I felt that was not achieved if I’m truly honest. Would I come back? Next month I’m staying at the Langham because I was disappointed.
