It’s rare that an experience you have been waiting such a long time for exceeds your expectations- but this was the case with our 3 night stay and small wedding reception on February 7th at Claridge’s. We have to say an enormous thank you especially to Louisa Collins, our events manager, for organising our small but glamorous wedding celebration. Everything was so easy for us. Her attention to detail was second to none, from organising umbrellas for our guests, to a bag for our buttonholes - nothing was overlooked. We were upgraded to a sumptuous art deco style suite. The staff spoilt us rotten. The service was effortless. Our wedding table was beautiful, the waiters wonderfully choreographed, the food was perfect. Claridge’s has helped create unforgettable memories for us. If you’re fortunate to be able to consider a celebration here, don’t hesitate.

I have always wanted to try Claridge's world famous afternoon tea and took my mum and sister with me. The room is so well decorated, the live music just perfect in the background. Stellar staff service, never intrusive. The tea itself was one of the best we have had and personally for me the most delicious finger sandwiches I have ever tried. Highly recommended, you will not regret it!

This review is for the Claridge’s afternoon tea experience. Quality here is second to none one with a vast array of different teas from around the world, a superb selection of delicate sandwiches, delicious (small) scones freshly baked served with jam and clotted cream, and delicate cakes and pastries to round off. I decided to treat an old friend to afternoon tea and we used it to catch up on a lot of goings on. Importantly the service was attentive but discreet, never interrupting our chat. The room itself is beautiful, well appointed and with live music - again, not intrusive. Although I have visited here on numerous occasions previously so knew what to expect, my friend was absolutely taken aback by the quality, the service, the selection and the ambiance.

“Willy Wonka factory”
Wow, amazing place, I love it. A little expensive for what it is but amazing service throughout. Really lovely staff. :) Beautiful art works around the hotel. Amazing furniture. Definitely will be back. Best steaks in town. All good 😊....
