“Perfect location, service, comfort”
My friend and I recently spent a week in London during which we enjoyed five plays, good food, sightseeing, and a great stay at Citidines Holborn. My friend and I recently spent a week in London during which we enjoyed five plays, good food, sightseeing, and a great stay at Citidines Holborn. The well-connected tube station is almost across the street, as are two grocery stores, a bakery, pubs, a bank, and coffee shop. The people at reception were friendly and helpful. On our last day they stored our luggage until late afternoon. Our one bedroom suite (601) was perfect. Recently refurbished, the room seemed brand new and very clean and quiet. We had a simple daily breakfast and a few late dinners prepared in our kitchenette. Plenty of new pots and pans and dishware. Coffee machines are in the lobby. Lots of accessible electrical and device outlets throughout. A comfortable pull out sofa in the living/kitchenette area and a king bed in the room. The bathroom was large and bright. Sure, we'd have a few suggestions for shelving here and there, but that did not overshadow everything that was just right about staying here.

“Surprisingly quite of central London”
Lovely room- well designed storage. Bed very comfortable. It was booked through work so kitchen area came as a nice surprise. Shower room clean and well designed. Quiet- I happened to be at the back of the hotel Breakfast nice and functional.

“Poor breakfast service”
All otherwise but very poor breakfast service. Food finishing by 8.15 and when I asked if more is coming I got a rude blunt answer "no" !. No attempt to apologise. Spoilt an otherwise good experience. Explained to the person at check out, not sure if anything will come out of it!
