“Magical stay”
The stay was amazing from start to finish! Every bit of our needs were catered to professionally and a special thanks to Nadia, who made it all possible. Her patience and good understanding of hospitality made us overlook the slightest of little. Superb stay and we will definitely come back!

“Great experience”
Great stay at Chelsea Cloisters! The location is perfect, close to everything you need shops, restaurants and transport. Nadia guest relations was amazing, friendly, professional, and very helpful. Clean rooms and great value. Highly recommend!

“Excellent customer service”
Excellent customer service by Dave, John and Sam at the reception. The staff was super helpful and welcoming, our early check in needs were accommodated despite the place was busy. The location is very handy for some of the major tourist attractions.

“Chelsea cloisters”
I enjoyed the stay, very good location, comfortable and nice staff specially Nadia who made the whole experience great and smooth. She was very welcoming and helpful. I totally recommend to deal with her while Chelsea cloisters. I will definitely be back again

“It's been a while...”
I sound certainly old when saying that the last time I stayed here was 30 years ago, but I like the place, the location and the fact tgat you have your one little appartment in London. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the view astounding!
