Lovely looking hotel when booking, when we got there building work was happening which we was not told about could not have curtains open or window with workmen on scaffold, the room was nothing like we booked we booked a double but ended up in a twin room with the beds pushed together room was smaller than the double, good points hotel bar was nice and clean and the service was good at the desk, hotel was close to stations and walking distance to Hyde park and attractions,

Used to love this hotel stayed here 3-4 times in the last year and half this time was the worst experience ever got to the room it was boiling hot now it was summer but there was no way of cooling it down the toilet flusher was hanging off the wall it had to be fixed the toilet it's self was the smallest most narrow toilet IV ever experience same with the access to the shower it was clearly a closet that had been turned in to shower U couldn't even move to sit down no room for the toilet roll holder that had clearly fallen off the wall a number of times you couldnt get dressed in there it was the most panic inducing room I've been in really put a dampner on the weekend payed close to 470e for 3 days and choose this hotel cause we once liked it very disappointed booked a different hotel for the next weekend in London due to this

The flush for the Lu was too hard to push for my thumb, and the seat was too short on the bowl. The bathroom where the sink is located, was 16 inches, and the shower was 24 inches. The flush for the Lu was too hard to push for my thumb, and the seat was too short on the bowl. The bathroom where the sink is located, was 16 inches, and the shower was 24 inches. The size altogether had a shoesize from 12 inches x 4 and a bit more. A stopper for the door was needed, so that when you opened it, the shower door wasn't hit, but then you needed to close the door for to sit on the Lu. The TV was smaller than my computer screen at home and even sitting far away on my bed with glasses, wasn't easy to make out for everything we could've watched. Two single beds ok, but the lamp above the left side on the bed with its long stump, if you don't watch out, could have nipped a hole into your head. Breakfast was excellent. When we didn't want them to clean our room, we found the next morning a letter under the door, that we should let them clean it because our dirt could make some animals crawl in, and that is, what they don't want to have. Second floor 218. The window needed to be open for air. Room was big enough for just sleeping, coming and going. Equipped with a fridge water heater, teabags & coffee and a fan for stickiness. A desk & 1 chair & a sofa. Why didn't they place a pocked door in the wall, that way, there would have not been a problem with anything.
