“Neat little hotel in great location”
Great little hotel, perfect location for Kings X, St Pancras. Room was ready at noon, no lift but the very helpful Wilson helped with luggage upstairs. Room is compact, very clean and had everything we needed. Excellent shower in en-suite.

“Amazing hotel”
This hotel is in a perfect location right near Kings Cross station. It is spotless and the receptionist(I didn't get his name) was friendly and helpful Would recommend to everyone! There is no lift but the receptionist was so kind to carry our bags up to our room

The hotel is located just steps away from underground/Eurostar. It’s wonderfully located in London. Safe neighborhood with plenty of places to eat and it is a hopping busy little neighborhood. Couldn’t ask for a better location. The hotel - it’s old and needs a remodel severely. But it is a quaint little place. There is no lift but no worries Wilson is a sweetheart and carries our luggage up for us and down for us when we left. The beds are not comfy in my opinion. Just a thin mattress. (My preference is a thicker one) Now the rooms are extremely tiny. (Yes I’m well aware Europe is smaller than USA in some things and I have stayed in Europe before). This room was itsy bitty. We needed 3 beds (not that easy to find in an affordable hotel) and the room was nothing but beds. Could barely move around. So just be aware of that. (Not hotel fault.). Bathroom - well yeah, need something a little bigger. It did flood after one shower and door didn’t latch. We let them know. Also for those use to A/C - be warned - there is none in the hotel but we were fine as it was beautiful weather. Overall we would stay again. It just needs a little updated. Wilson is great

This little hotel, a stone’s throw from Kings Cross station is better than I’d imagined. Smart appearance outside and a very helpful guy called Wilson on reception. The building and rooms are old-fashioned and would benefit from modernisation but that said, the room was very clean and had all the basics. Nice to see proper wooden clothes hangers. The en-suite bathroom was clean - very small but served the purpose. I was disappointed that the room I’d been promised on the ground floor level (due to mobility issues) had been changed to one down some very steep stairs and at cellar level. Being below ground level the noise from the underground directly under me was loud and constant. Probably only really noticeable in this downstairs room I was in. The smoke alarm went off at 12.30am (no fire) but between that and the underground trains I didn’t sleep well. The TV was very small but as it was a small room I guess there‘a not a lot they can do. NB: there is no breakfast available. Summing up: clean, convenient and a handy location but probably wouldn’t stay again as can’t be sure I’d get an accessible room, despite having booked one, and the steep staircase which isn’t good for someone with mobility issues or elderly. (Was told I’d been bumped because someone staying more nights than me was being put in there.)
