“Very good”
Don’t read the bad reviews….. For the price we could not fault it very accessible short walk to Canary Wharf station parking under hotel £25 for 25 hours. The Hotel is very big had bar pizza place restaurant etc. overseeing the water. Decoration isn’t upto date and trendy however that’s the theme… more
Don’t read the bad reviews….. For the price we could not fault it very accessible short walk to Canary Wharf station parking under hotel £25 for 25 hours. The Hotel is very big had bar pizza place restaurant etc. overseeing the water. Decoration isn’t upto date and trendy however that’s the theme of the hotel, we arrived early and was able to check in no extra charge. The room was big and very clean lots of accessories tv hairdryer iron and ironing board kettle and supplies,charging points had 3 options. Bathroom had Shower creams gel soap shower caps: The staff were very helpful. Room was hot!( but I’m a northerner ) The gentleman did offer to open window we choose to use the fan that was in the room. All in all good experience we will defiantly return

“Good location - shame about the food.”
I always try and look for the good but am a bit stuck here. Good location. Friendly staff. Sadly the food was on the poor side of mediocre regarding range and quality and I was brought up to eat anything and be glad of it. I always try and look for the good but am a bit stuck here. Good location. Friendly staff. Sadly the food was on the poor side of mediocre regarding range and quality and I was brought up to eat anything and be glad of it. We had twin beds which were much narrower than standard so falling out was a hazard. Toilet paper was the worst I have ever seen. (thin ,grey and a 4" high roll. ). No safe. As others have said the hotel could do with a refresh but that was manageable. Not a particularly enjoyable experience- have had worse: but not much.
