“Great hotel in good location ”
Great location beside tube station. Old style property with lovely staff. Room was clean with large walk in shower. Twin beds were small but comfortable with mattress toppers. Tea and coffee making facilities. Fresh milk and ice available at reception. Will definitely stay here again.

“An excellent choice”
Excellent location, facilities and very friendly staff. Highly recommended. It is very close to the Swiis Cottage metro station, so very close to the city centre. The rooms were very clean, the internet was fast and the fast was always available. The breakfast of very good quality.

“Rude waitress at breakfast”
Very disappointed to see a rude, abrupt waitress tell a guest off in the breakfast room for having the temerity to open kitchen door in her effort to attract attention of waitress to get some more coffee. Very disappointed to see a rude, abrupt waitress tell a guest off in the breakfast room for having the temerity to open kitchen door in her effort to attract attention of waitress to get some more coffee. The waitress continued to admonish the guest a few minutes later - embarrassing for all in earshot in the breakfast room. Same waitress had been very polite to me only a few minutes earlier Room adequate for a 3 night stay. Plenty of restaurants nearby in what felt like a safe environment.
