“Excellent London stay!”
Excellent and helpful staff. Upon arrival all were helpful, polite and kind. Reception/bar etc were stylish and comfortable. The room was nice with good facilities. A really good location as close to Paddington/Hyde Park etc. Would love to stay here again.

“Highly recommend”
I cannot fault this Hotel. Staff are very friendly, the Twin room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. The bed & Pillows were clearly good quality. The breakfast had lots of options, was fresh and delicious. The Dining area was calm, clean and comfortable to sit in.

We booked a room at this hotel for day use as had a concert to attend in the evening at the Albert Hall. “Quick sty”
The hotel lobby was gorgeous and the night manager offered us water upon arrival. But when we got to our room, most of the plugs did not work, the automatic window shade did not work, the shower dial was broken and only was scalding hot and took forever to cool, and the towel warmer would not tur... more
