Lovely helpful and attentive staff, close to my main activities the experience was overall very good. The room was comfortable, but could do with having the decorators in. The hotel is wonderfully located close to the A4 and right on the excellent Chiswick High Road Car parking is great and the staff are lovely Our room was large and airy with a great bathroom It also had a fridge, cooker and washing machine Slight negatives - the furniture is a bit naff in a flat-pack kind of way and the pillows are made of rocks So next time we will take our own Overall it turned out to be a great place to stay

“Loud and annoying!!!”
I can only imagine that staying in the main building of this hotel would be worthy of a five star review! However, the room I was allocated is in the building next door. I can only imagine that staying in the main building of this hotel would be worthy of a five star review! However, the room I was allocated is in the building next door. Whilst the rooms are modern and clean with everything you’d need and replenished daily, my only guess is that not the entire external building is for hotel guests! After investigating…the rooms above in the external building are obviously privately rented out as flats (DSS springs to mind) and without sounding like a snob…..consideration doesn’t come into it! Having endured a four night stay having the people in the room above doing what I can only describe as ongoing renovations coupled with stomping bleep tests up and down the room for hours, it was anything but relaxing after a long day at work! My hotel phone in the room wasn’t working so I called reception via the hotel number from my mobile only to be told they’d been up to the room upstairs….listened, and couldn’t hear anything! Probably not… unless you’re directly under it! To be fair it was a last minute booking, so my advice is….if you book this hotel, make sure you’re in the main building! From my experience, I won’t be staying here again! PS, if you want onsite parking, make sure you don’t drive anything bigger than a smart car because the entrance to the car park is very narrow and parking in a space (if there is one!) is for advanced drivers only!

“Avoid if looking for comfort”
Hotel in great location with easy access for tube stations. Staff very friendly. Mattresses could do with an upgrade it’s like sleeping on springs ☹️ Room clean. Bathroom very small. Conservatory very quiet to enjoy breakfast in. Ideal location for access to London
