Our stay for 3 nights at this hotel very good the man that checked us in changed our room to a closer one to the front lobby as I have a disability and this room was very clean and comfortable the bathroom looked like it had just been remodeled everything thing about our room was perfect the breakfast which was included was quite nice the staff there were excellent the choice was enough to start the day there was no hot food but still a nice choice The location was perfect a straight 5 minutes walk from Paddington Station shops and cafes it's was nice and quite herd no traffic at all this is one place which I found excellent value for money and would stay here again well worth it

“Basic but comfortable, met expectations.”
Good night's sleep- comfortable mattress and pillow. Bathroom dated but actual facilities fine with powerful shower. Basic but good for one night and served its purpose. Short walk to Paddington and Hyde Park.Did report overwhelming smell of cigarette smoke in room.

Have stayed in this Hotel on a couple of previous occasions before as I like the Sussex Gardens area of Paddington and good bus links to Oxford Street and London Palladium room was a bit small but ok and fairly clean for a budget place.only downside is the poor Breakfast choice and cold precooked Toast ☹it finishes a bit too early at 9.15 as well so if you like a lie in and go down around 9 liking a later Breakfast and are still eating after 9.15 they will start cleaning up and mopping up around you.after previous stays I was hoping they would of improved the limited Breakfast offering but its not changed only good thing was the full fat milk available as thats the milk I like.the staff worked hard in the dining room tho to clean up.would I stay here again possibly yes but would prob skip the Breakfast and go out for it.the Hotel also needs better luggage storage facilities as altho you can leave your case when you check out and go back for it later if you are getting a later train to have the full day in London it doesnt seem very secure to just leave them in an open reception area where loads of people are comming and going so make sure you use suitcase locks ect.this Hotel could be loads better if they made a few changes as the location is fantastic esp being on the doorstep to Paddington station and lots of Cafes & shops nearby ect.
