“It was luxurious and relaxing”
Pranav was my server and he did a phenomenal job. I went in the afternoon so it was a nice intimate vibe. I was alone and felt very safe I also stayed at the hotel so it was nice to just go down and have tea It was my birthday and they gave me a slice of cake

Nimfa was amazing Thank you! You were so courteous and friendly Afternoon Tea was delightful Beautiful ambience and great place for conversations and pictures I loved the variety of teas and whole experience was a unique one The sweet treats were lovely too!

“Everything was lovely!”
Absolutely loved our stay here! Room was beautiful and comfy. Breakfast and afternoon tea were outstanding! Nimfa took care of us for both and was attentive, and even accommodated an earlier reservation at Botánica for us. We are definitely staying here again!

“Amazing experience”
Had a great time, delicious food, beautiful venue. Service was wonderful, very fast and very kind. Our server Nimfa was PHENOMENAL and really helped us with our questions. I would really recommend this experience to anyone who is interested

“High Tea in Kensington”
We had a lovely time at Botanica high tea! The food was very yummy and the tea was soooo good! The waitress Nimfa was very sweet and took really good care of us! My favorite part was the cheese cake and the chocolate sweet! I highly recommend for a nice Sunday or Saturday moment!
