“Our stay at the hotel”

A fantastic stay at this beautiful hotel. All the staff went above and beyond to make our daughter’s 16th birthday so special. Need to mention Nimfa who went the extra mile by arranging a cake for her at breakfast. Thank you so much, we had an amazing time and will definitely return.

“Well placed Hotel”

Terrific hotel, well placed with very clean, well appointed rooms and friendly,helpful staff. In an Atrium Room, which didn’t have natural light. But although it was compact it served its purpose adequately. Short walk to south Kensington Tube, Royal Albert Hall and Museums.

My family and I had a spectacular time at 100 Queen's Gate. Every effort was made for us to feel welcomed and comfortable for the duration of our stay. In 3 words, I would describe the guaranteed service experience as: warm, exceptional and bespoke. We wished to hold a private graduation dinner in one of the dining areas (Cento). Lovely bar manager Giorgio gave us a tour of the facilities and put me in contact with the amazing manager Stefan. Stefan was so communicative and attentive - he took the time to listen to what we wanted for the dinner, talk us through reasonably priced options for venue, drinks/dining menu and guest arrangements. He even went as far as to design printed menus for each guest and create a personalised drinks menu for the night. On the night, the staff worked to transform the large 75-seater Cento restaurant into an intimate, candlelit dining room for 20 people - it took our breath away. Furthermore, I also wished to find a room for the night before the event. We were walked through room options by the lovely Rosie at the reception desk, who answered all our questions (and gave us her contact details in case we had more). In the end, Stefan went above and beyond, booking me into the finest hotel room I have ever stayed in (the townhouse suite). Upon entry, I was greeted to a spread of fruit and personalised note of congratulations about my big day, which really made the check-in special. The variety of breakfast options was also extensive and delicious. This was truly an experience to cherish, and I am so grateful to each and every staff member who put all the effort into making my graduation so special! It honestly felt as though everybody was just as excited as I was. My only disappointment is that I don't have another reason to plan an event soon, but when I do, I can guarantee it will be at 100 Queen's Gate!

Breakfast excellent with plenty of choice.
