“Made to feel Special.”
My first visit to the Hotel. Very welcoming. Great service. Only had a coffee, but was made to feel quite special. Set in wonderful, landscaped Parkland on University Campus. Many areas to sit and relax. Staff were vey attentive. Would certainly like go again and try out the Brasserie.

“Faultless”
Stunning rooms with the most friendliest staff you could wish for. The function room where we were celebrating a family anniversary was also great as well as the food . Great breakfast on the Sunday morning to end a great stay at Wivenhoe House. Ticks all the boxes !!

“Good hospitality ”
It's a beautiful hotel with a high standard of hospitality especially the restaurant services . The afternoon tea set menu is just amazing. They have a wide variety of tea selections.Its a a must visit place for any occasion to celebrate.Keep up the good work.

“Not so good”
Had afternoon tea there . Booked by buy a gift did this all on line . Not impressed with the staff not very attentive left us to it and was asked if we had booked and said yes by on line don’t think the waiter thought we had . Not recommended for afternoon tea .
