“Excellent”
I was amazed by the warm welcome of the staffs.. Specifically the one who was at the reception(Philippines )he was kind and energetic.... Food was amazing and the chefs were friendly and open hearted. Overall i enjoyed my stay there..atmosphere were good too

“Great staff with "IT systems" NOT FIT for PURPOSE creating Conflict and provide a poor Customer experience”
I booked via Expedia, despite being a member of the Ramada reward scheme as it was cheaper. I then paid extra for early checkin via the e-mail the hotel sent me for online checkin. “Convenient if flying from Stansted”
This is a decent enough budget hotel at a reasonable price if you just need somewhere to sleep the night before flying from Stansted. Rooms are basic but clean and the staff were good. I would stop here again when using the airport early the next day.
