“Perfect Location!”
This was the second time that I have stayed at this location and I stay there for a reason- it is strategically located less than a block from the Royal Mile, has easily assessible parking, is clean, comfortable , and the staff is friendly and helpful. “Great staff & good hotel.”
Great hotel - exceptionally helpful and friendly staff. Especially Marina! Comfy beds, great location - near to Waverley train station and Royal Mile. Breakfast not so great - missing a couple of items from the scottish breakfast buffet but only a small minus. Would definitely stay here again.

A tired feel to the room made the experience a less than stellar one. The pricing does not reflect the end result. “Room/ breakfast”
Room was far to warm , don’t leave your table whilst having breakfast unless you are in a group or a couple , our food was removed whilst we re filled our tea cups , resulting in someone else taking our table
