“Better than expected”
Very friendly and helpful staff even during the busy christmas period! Food was very good, both dinner and breakfast! Very acessible location to all the attractions in the city. Only negative was our room wasn't cleaned even after requesting a few times.

“Lovely Stay Here”
Hotel was central and very comfortable to stay in. On arrival staff were friendly and place was clean. Only problem we couldn't pay to check in early after receiving a few emails saying we could pay £10 to checking early. They did let us leave our bags though. Another premier Inn of good standard with great beds and rooms of high quality.Breakfast was average and serve your self but decent quality and food changed regularly. “Enjoyable”
Hotel very nice, beds, food nice. Hotel itself far too warm. Had to ask for heating to be turned down twice. Ordering of taxis not good but overall a nice weekend had by us all. Nice christmas markets and visit too the royal mile. -------------

“Tired and a few issues”
Stayed here on business. Was one of the tiredest premier inns i have stayed in. All sorts of issues with passes and getting entry to the lifts, especially important when room was on 5th Floor!
