“Great Customer service”
Another premier Inn of good standard with great beds and rooms of high quality.Breakfast was average and serve your self but decent quality and food changed regularly. “Enjoyable”
Hotel very nice, beds, food nice. Hotel itself far too warm. Had to ask for heating to be turned down twice. Ordering of taxis not good but overall a nice weekend had by us all. Nice christmas markets and visit too the royal mile. -------------

Check in was quick and easy. The room was clean. Staff were very freindly, helpful and polite. I stayed with my brother and we are both coeliac's and follow a gluten free diet. “Tired and a few issues”
Stayed here on business. Was one of the tiredest premier inns i have stayed in. All sorts of issues with passes and getting entry to the lifts, especially important when room was on 5th Floor!
