“Warm and welcoming, lovely spot!”
Perfect location, very warm hospitality from all staff - incl reception and cafe. Room was very comfortable, breakfast was lovely, and the sweet snug in the lobby for cocktail at the end of the evening out was icing in the cake! We recommend and will definitely be back!

“Well located hotel”
The hotel is located at a walking distance from Edinburgh Waverly train station and very near Princes Street. All personal at reception desk was very friendly and helpful. The room was cozy and clean and the neighborhood was quiet so it is possible to sleep quietly.

“Small but clean and comfortable hotel near the train station”
The Parliament house is a clean and comfortable hotel near the train station. The room was a bit small but the bed was spacious and very comfortable. And the front desk staff was helpful. We didn’t notice too much noise since our room faced a not very busy road.

This is a nice property, located about 10 minute walk from St. Andrew Square and about 20 minute walk from Old Town. There is no A/C, but we opened the windows which was helpful.
