“Great spot to stay in to visit Edinburgh!”
Lovely room! Excellent staff. Good location. The Royal Mile is walking distance and the area is very nice! I would have loved to visit the restaurant but didn't have time. I was concerned because they were hosting a wedding but there was no problem that night. Very comfy bed!

“Great stay at No 11 as guests at a family wedding”
We stayed at No 11 as guests at a family wedding.It is a lovely boutique hotel with nicely decorated rooms.The wedding breakfast was lovely and we were well looked after by the friendly staff.The full scottish breakfast keeps you going until well into the afternoon.

“Fab stay in Edinburgh”
Really nice hotel and staff were all lovely and so helpful. Rooms were clean and although we didn’t use the restaurant it looked really nice. Would definitely return back for a stay at no.11 as the convenience being so close to town but away from too much noise was perfect!

“Lovely Hotel”
We only stayed at No.11 for 1 night, and it was the perfect location for exploring Edinburgh. We were in Room No. 15- what a beautiful room, with large windows and skylights and lovely en suite. The room was clean and the staff were friendly. Would recommend and certainly stay again.

“Small double… too small for us but hotel good”
The hotel was good, we did go for the cheap seats though and the small double was just too small for us and very stuffy! In future if we stay we will pay a bit more for a bigger room.
