“Fabulous”
Could not fault the place. Spotless bedroom, lovely staff on the front desk, very attentive and friendly staff during breakfast (breakfast was fabulous) AMAZING views from our room. We had the perfect stay. Hotel deserves a lot more than the 3.5 reviews on trip advisor. I’m shocked.

“Fantastic hotel”
Fantastic location, next to everything! We were lucky to have a view out to the castle and had beautiful blue skies...in November! Quiet hotel, comfortable bed and friendly staff. Bar and restaurant tranquil although we didn't eat there so can't comment on the food. Excellent stay, would recommend

“Brilliant weekend in Edinburgh at the Mount Royal!”
Having stayed over 10 times in this hotel, it was wonderful to see the most recent refurbishments. The entrance area has been brought to life and the rooms are now more modern.
