“Great base for festival.”
Visited this hotel for fringe. Hotel was older in style however our room was clean. The staff were the stand out. The price was obviously very high given the time of year. We have stayed here in January for nearly 25% of the price. The breakfast is best enjoyed earlier to avoid the rush.

had a lovely stay here this past bank holiday with the family whilst visiting the edinburgh festival the room was lovely with 2 double beds and the staff really could not do enought for you. Yes it was expensive however it was August in Edinburgh so.

“Lucky find in Edinburgh”

“Worst night sleep in years”
Disappointed to say the least…. Worst night sleep I’ve had for years! Bizarre noises like floor issues all night made it impossible to sleep.
