The location is good for public transport. The rooms are very small to actually open any big luggage. The bathroom is small but has hot water. “Good value ”
It is in a walkable area. Stores, Pubs, and such were a 10 minute walk. The room was clean and comfortable. They were kind enough to put us in one of the first floor rooms as I am in a wheelchair. “Nights sleep at a good price”
Quiet place to the east of town, near Leith park nearby bus stop. It’s quiet a ways from the old town by foot. Tram station is about a ten minute walk. Simple but comfortable and clean at a fair preis. friendly and helpful staff. What more can I say.

“Learn some customer service skills!!”
Our flight was delayed 4 hours and we arrived at the property at 0100. Understand there’s a £10 charge for late check ins but without even greeting us, the man that I presume is the proprietor wanted that £10 immediately. He was even smiling as he was asking for it.
