This hotel is clean, warm, centrally located and provides a very good breakfast so ideal for my one night stop over. Minor pluses were shampoo & soap bottles in the shower that you can actually read without your glasses. At last ! Very clever bathroom door that doubles as a separating toilet door.… more

This hotel is clean, warm, centrally located and provides a very good breakfast so ideal for my one night stop over. Minor pluses were shampoo & soap bottles in the shower that you can actually read without your glasses. At last ! Very clever bathroom door that doubles as a separating toilet door. That's neat ! Minor negs. When checking in I was repeatedly reminded that I had a 'free' breakfast. I pointed out that I made and paid for a room with breakfast. He didn't get it ! No extractor fan in the bathroom so you have to leave the door open to demist the mirrors.

Great hotel experience clean comfortable rooms , ideal location, peaceful area, and great choice of breakfast too. Thankyou for an enjoyable 4 days . Staff very friendly and welcoming, and cleaning staff, thanks for the fresh towels and making our beds . Great stay .

We stayed at the hotel to celebrate our anniversary. While the experience was generally okay, there were a few areas that could have been improved. The room, which was a basic standard room, felt a bit overpriced considering the overall standard of the hotel. Before our arrival, I had called the hotel to inform them of our anniversary, hoping they would prepare a small amenity in the room as a gesture. The front desk confirmed this request, but when we checked in and mentioned it, we were told that such amenities were not provided, which was a bit disappointing. However, the reception staff kindly offered us two complimentary drinks, which was a thoughtful gesture. Upon entering the room, we noticed a damp smell and some nuts scattered on the floor. After reporting this to the reception, we were informed that there were no available rooms to switch to. They assured us that housekeeping would clean the room and use air freshener. Unfortunately, the damp smell remained, and we had to leave the window open for some relief. The hotel's location was decent, though not on the main street, and the breakfast was satisfactory. There weren't many options, but it was still decent enough for the start of the day. Overall, our experience was okay, but there were some areas that could be improved, especially when it comes to room cleanliness and meeting special requests.

Spent four nights in this hotel. I do not have much negative to say about it to be honest! Room was very clean upon arrival, linens were comfortable, bathroom was clean and modern. The breakfast that was included was plenty to start off my day with. The little pouches of real milk in the room was a definite bonus for me as I take milk in my tea. They also had a kettle and tea bags in the room. If I must report something that was not to my liking I would have to say the lighting was too dim for my liking and there was a shortage of plugs (non-usb) in the room.
