“Good to great”
I have been going to this hotel for over 20 years. It remains first class , great bedrooms and location with first rate and helpful staff . Perhaps the best breakfast in Edinburgh. Great location for central Edinburgh but with real charm. Always my first choice of stay

“Disappointed with staff”

“Dinner disappointment”
Lovely hotel and lovely bedroom, but dinner very poor. The service and the bedrooms are top quality. It's a shame that dinner is far from outstanding.
