Could not fault the hotel or the staff at all. The reception staff were so warm and welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. Offered us exactly what we hoped.....great bus connections with the city centre, excellent choice of menu options catering for our allergy issues, excellent parking and friendly staff. Rooms spacious and extremely clean.Highly recommended!

“Satisfied customer”
Sensibly priced hotel very convenient for buses. Clean and comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful. You'd have to pay a lot more to get better. Need to add some more words but what I've already said tells you what you need to know.... and still asking for more characters....

“Bring slippers since the carpets are gross”
While the amenities of the pub and sports center are great, the change in management has resulted in a decline in service.
