“10/10!!”
Really impressed with this hotel, staff were so lovely and welcoming. They couldn’t do enough for you. Room was spacious and we had a double bed each, it was clean and comfortable. Excellent location and service. Friendly helpful professional from all staff encountered. Organised birthday arrangements very helpfully and discreetly. Room excellent good sustainability features clean. Would definitely recommend

“Excellent stay.”
Amazing location in the heart of Edinburgh’s Grassmarket. Room was spotless and bed was really comfortable. Big TV and refreshments available which added a special touch. Lots to do very close to the hotel.

“Family stay”
Brilliant with children. Kids eat free the whole stay and the portion sizes were huge. You also get starter main dessert and a drink. Great value

Stayed for one night in early December, checked in late and was allocated a standard room. As a VIP member of Expedia an upgrade is supposed to be offered but there was no mention of it.
