“Boutique hotel - charming and updated”
Updated, large, clean and comfortable rooms. Katie, the owner/operator was so helpful and friendly. If you’re looking to experience Edinburgh and avoid the chain hotels, this is perfect. We were able to walk to the city and explore this beautiful area.

“Fabulous stay, attention to detail 5*”
Excellent attention to detail, Katie and Beth were brilliant hosts and we were very well looked after. “Night away in Edinburgh”
We were only here for one night but wished we had stayed longer. What a beautiful hotel run by the loveliest staff,it was almost like staying with friends!
