“Fantastic hotel with great staff”
Was greeted by Ian who was charming and helped me with my bags and arranging for my car to be parked. Checked in by Katie who was so helpful and knew about York and some things to do when I had the time. Bed was so comfortable and a lovely powerful shower. Yep, this place was fabulous, well worth the extra spent, and the bar was a tranquil and classy finish to the night. Very happy. Rooms were large and clean, staff were very friendly and the location is excellent. Thank you to everyone who we came across.

“Best hotel I've stayed in”
Best hotel I've ever stayed by far, the staff can't do enough to help you and everything is super luxurious. The door staff are particularly welcoming and very friendly. The spa and pool facilities are also first class. We had a family room and brought our children they loved it.
