“Great value for money.”
Really good value for money. I booked a single attic room. It was a by small but as expected. On suite. Clean and tidy. Good breakfast included. It is a bit dated and stairs to all flors. At the top so a bit of a climb up but was ok. Close to city. If you’re expecting travel lodge this might not be… more

“Lovely guest house. Would definitely return”
The new owners Jason and his team was lovely, very helpful. The room was clean, love the high ceilings, it was warm and cosy. The parking was a bonus in York. Would definitely recommend this guest house it's not right in the center but only a ten minute walk

“Decent budget choice but needs refurbishment.”
We often stay in the Bootham area of York . It’s convenient both for car access and an easy walk into the centre of town.
